• Any delivery fee is confirmed for your area before the order or membership starts.
• If a route or order minimum applies, it is disclosed before acceptance—not after dispatch.
• A preferred date or window is a request until the farm confirms harvest availability and timing.
• The cart subtotal covers selected products only; the final total can include an agreed delivery fee.

Harvest-led availability

Fresh stock varies by crop cycle and variety. Sending a WhatsApp enquiry prepares a request; it does not reserve stock or create a paid order until Flora Farming replies with availability, timing and the final total.

Apartment and business deliveries

Community drop points and professional supply follow separate route, volume and schedule checks. The farm confirms the workable arrangement after reviewing the submitted location and requirement.
